Account data: Email, store name, billing contact. Usage data: Decision events (field changes, approvals, reasons), device fingerprints, department, system identifiers. Technical data: IP address, user agent, timestamps.

2. How We Use Data

To provide the Service, generate reports, enforce subscriptions, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data. We may share with processors (hosting, email) under data processing agreements.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR)

Contract performance, legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), and where required, consent. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

4. CCPA / California

California residents: we do not sell personal information. You may request access, deletion, or opt-out of sale (N/A) via support@dealerint.com.

5. India (DPDPA)

We process data lawfully and limit collection to what is necessary. Data may be transferred to service providers with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Account data: while account is active plus 90 days. Decision events: 24 months by default, configurable. Logs: 90 days. See our Trust Center for details.

8. Your Rights
