What we track

  • Decision events: field changes, approvals, vendor selections with mandatory reason
  • Department and screen context (URL, page title)
  • Device fingerprint (anonymized, for coverage tracking)
  • Timestamps and workflow delay duration
  • Account and billing data

What we do not track

  • Keystrokes, passwords, or full form content
  • Personal communications (email, chat)
  • Screen captures or video
  • Location beyond coarse region (for fraud prevention only)
  • Third-party advertising or cross-site tracking

Retention policy

Decision events: 24 months default (configurable). Account data: while active + 90 days. Audit logs: 12 months. Backups: 30 days.

No-surveillance pledge

DealerInt is designed for operational transparency and decision accountability, not employee surveillance. We capture structured decision events with context and reason—not continuous monitoring. Customers are responsible for lawful use, including notice and consent under applicable labor laws.

Ethical use policy

We expect customers to use DealerInt in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and labor regulations. Use for harassment, discrimination, or unlawful surveillance is prohibited and may result in account termination.
